Accounting services
Price for accounting services depends mainly on:
- The specifics of the industry and the services the client expects,
- The number of uploaded documents in a given month.
Upon request, we can prepare specialized reports, such as for foreign shareholders or for internal company analysis.
In addition, we independently retrieve the necessary documents, enter transfers into online banking and take care of the company's day-to-day accounts.
Documents can be cost or sales invoices, among others.
For sales imports, the number of invoices is often divided by 2, and for e-commerce - even by 100 (depending on the client's software).
We also take into account other documents, such as payroll, depreciation or items on bank statements, where 10 items correspond to 1 accounting document.
HR and payroll services
The price for HR and payroll services depends on the number of employees and the type of employment:
- 50,00 zł - 70,00 zł For comprehensive service of one full-time employee.
- 40,00 zł - 50,00 zł For comprehensive service of one employee on a civil law contract (e.g., contract of mandate, contract for work).
Annual settlements
Annual settlements and financial statements are additional paid services.
Their price depends on the type of accounting (full or simplified) and the monthly service rate.
